Your order means a lot to us, in fact it will certainly have made us smile! So we take a lot of care getting it to you as quickly and safely as we can. Just a couple of things to let you know…
All orders are dispatched either the same working day or the next working day after placing an order. (Unless you are ordering a subscription product or the item details state otherwise)
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer shipping via the following Royal Mail services:
Royal Mail 2nd Class
This service is FREE for all orders over £20. For orders under £20 there is a minimal £1 postage fee.
Royal Mail 1st Class*
There is an additional £2 fee for this service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm*
There is an additional £5.95 fee for this service. Orders placed by 3pm will be posted the same day.
*Please note that upgraded shipping will only apply to the first box for subscription orders.
You will receive a shipping confirmation for all services once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All packaging is eco friendly and plastic-free. For subscription box orders, the mailing label will be stuck directly onto the outer packaging, however if you would prefer us to use additional packaging, please let us know during the order process.
Additional information
Delivery of your goodies shall be made to the address specified in the order and the buyer should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery.
It’s Our Planet Too reserves the right to cancel an order if for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled.
International delivery
We are currently only shipping to the UK, however if you are overseas and would really like to order from us, please get in email us at hello@itsourplanettoo.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
We hope that you love your It’s Our Planet Too goodies as much as we do, but we also understand there are times when things might not be quite right and we are always here to help the best we can.
You must request to return your items within 14 days of receipt of goods by emailing us at hello@itsourplanettoo.co.uk.
Returns
Please follow our returns policy as set out below:
Drop us an email at hello@itsourplanettoo.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue and reason for return. We will reply as soon as possible, detailing the next steps.
Please return any items in their original packaging or a similar protective package to ensure it is kept safe during transit.
Please obtain proof of return postage as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items in the post.
Any refunds will only be made against the original payment method used and will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and assessed.
Unfortunately as a small social venture and with our charitable business model we don’t cover the cost of returning the item to us as we simply can’t afford to at this stage.
It’s Our Planet Too cannot accept the following returns:
Any item requested for return outside the 14 day timeframe.
Items that have been used, including Tool Kits that have been opened.
Any product deemed by It’s Our Planet too to be non-re-saleable or less than perfect condition.
We are unable to offer exchanges, cancellations or refunds on digital products.
Refunding a Tool Kit subscription
If you are currently on a subscription plan for our Tool Kits and require a refund, please email us at hello@itsourplanettoo.co.uk.
We will charge you for the Tool Kits that you have already received at the individual tool kit rate of £12.95 and will refund the remainder to your original payment method.
Please note that if you don’t want to receive your next Tool Kit, you will need to cancel before 25th of the month.
You will always receive any boxes that you paid for before you cancelled.
Cancelling an order
If you've already paid for the order you'll need to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel it by emailing us at hello@itsourplanettoo.co.uk. We are unable to cancel any order once they have been dispatched.
