Shipping policy

Your order means a lot to us, in fact it will certainly have made us smile! So we take a lot of care getting it to you as quickly and safely as we can. Just a couple of things to let you know… 

All orders are dispatched either the same working day or the next day after placing an order. (Unless you are ordering a subscription product or the item details state otherwise)

At the current time, we are only shipping our products to the UK. 

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer shipping via the following Royal Mail services:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class
    This service is FREE for all orders over £20. For orders under £20 there is a minimal £1 postage fee.

  • Royal Mail 1st Class*
    There is an additional £2 fee for this service.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm*
    There is an additional £5.95 fee for this service. Orders placed by 3pm will be posted the same day.

*Please note that upgraded shipping will only apply to the first box for subscription orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation for all services once your order has been dispatched.

Christmas 2024 postage dates

We are doing our very best to dispatch orders on the same working day or next, but advise you to order as early as possible to avoid any potential delays. Please order by 3pm to ensure that we meet these cut off dates.

We use Royal Mail for delivery of all our orders. Please be aware of the following last postage dates when placing your order and selecting your delivery service:

Wednesday 18th December: Royal Mail 2nd Class

Friday 20th December: Royal Mail 1st Class

Monday 23rd December: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed

Packaging

All packaging is eco friendly and plastic-free.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

Please wait 10 working days before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within this window. After this time we'll be able to work with you to resolve the problem.

We need lost parcels to be reported within 30 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, unfortunately after this time we cannot offer a replacement.

Additional information

Delivery of your goodies shall be made to the address specified in the order and the Buyer should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery.

It’s Our Planet Too reserves the right to cancel an order if for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled.

Hopefully you won't want to return your goods, but if you do then please check our returns policy.

International delivery

We are currently only shipping to the UK, however if you are overseas and would really like to order from us, please get in contact with us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
